Garage cleanout
Fixed allowance — you pay at the dump out of the allowance. No receipt upload, no reimbursement claim. If the dump costs less, you keep the difference; if it costs more, the allowance doesn't change.

Two ways to get your price. Build and book your own job from the room-by-room price list — tap the items you've got, watch the price add up, and book it right here. Or get a Custom Quote for cleanouts and bigger jobs: tell us how many rooms, send 2–4 photos of each one, and get one firm price within 24 hours.
Everything about the process, in one place — how you book, how your firm price is confirmed, how payment works, and how your job gets to a vetted local hauler.
Three steps. No phone tag, no waiting around for a call back just to get a price.
Tell us a little about the property, tap your items, and watch your quote build — then pick your day. Bigger job — a whole cleanout? Get a Custom Quote instead: 2–4 photos per room, firm price within 24 hours.
Choose a preferred date, a backup day, and a morning, afternoon, or evening slot — then pay Union Junk right here. We collect the payment, so there's nothing to pay on the day.
Your paid job goes to a local hauler in our network. They show up in your time slot, load everything, and sweep up — and Union Junk pays them after the job is done.
No round-number guessing and no surprise charges. Here's exactly how your price is figured.
Every item price comes from its weight (dump cost is $75 a ton), the space it takes in the trailer, and handling time. That's why a recliner is $47.50 and a sofa is $114.72 — not round numbers.
If your total comes to less than $150, the minimum applies and your estimate shows it. The minimum still applies after any discount, so no job ever drops below $150.
Stairs add one access fee for the whole job — never per item. Ground level adds $0, and a walkout basement counts as ground level.
5% off a built quote of $400 or more, 10% off at $700 or more. The discount applies itself in the bar at the bottom as you add items, and the bar tells you how much more unlocks the next tier. One discount per job — it doesn't stack with any other coupon or offer; you automatically get whichever single discount saves you more.
Items marked FROM are starting prices. Items marked PHOTO REQUIRED need a photo to confirm the price — tap + on one and your camera opens right there (you can also add it in the booking form), and a photo is required before booking can complete. We review it and, if the price needs adjusting, your adjusted quote is sent within 24 hours — before you're charged any difference. Items that need breakdown (large entertainment centers, pool tables, large desks, bunk beds and similar) are priced a little higher because the breakdown time is included.
That total is what you pay when you book. If the job on site is different from what was booked, we re-price it with you first. Never a surprise charge.
You book with Union Junk, not with a random hauler. We confirm the price and collect payment first, then assign your job to a vetted local hauler — and we don't pay that hauler until the job is done and checked.
Build your quote online and book it here. For photo-required and Custom Quote items, we review your photos and confirm a firm price within 24 hours. You approve that price, and you pay Union Junk first — nothing goes out to a hauler before that.
Only then does your job go to our hauler network. Our haulers aren't random — they have to have their own truck and trailer, insurance on file before their first job, and dump legally only. No exceptions, and no side deals.
Union Junk assigns the job, and the hauler gets your exact address only once they accept it. They show up in the window they accepted and send Before, During, and Loaded photos on every job. We pay the hauler after the job is done and the photos are verified — so the hauler is accountable to Union Junk, not just to you.
Two quick steps. Step 1: tell us a little about the property — what kind of place it is, and whether it's ground level or up or down some stairs. Step 2: tap the blue + on everything that's going and watch your price build at the bottom of the screen. Prices are figured from each item's weight, the space it takes in the trailer, and dump cost at $75 a ton — that's why they aren't round numbers. Really big or messy job? Send photos instead and we'll give you one firm price.
Just two taps — what kind of place it is, and whether it's ground level or up or down stairs. Stairs add one flat charge for the whole job, never per item. Anything else we should know can go in the notes when you book.
Every room starts closed — tap a room and its full list opens, tap it again and it closes. Nothing is gone: the search above finds every item on the list, even in rooms you haven't opened, and opening a room from search shows your matches right away. Can't find something? The photo button in each room lets you snap it for a quote instead. Chairs, stools, nightstands, end tables, tires, and totes are priced one piece at a time — just tap + for each one you have.

Nothing matched that. Try a simpler everyday word — couch, fridge, mattress, shed, drywall — or use the “Don't see it?” photo button in any room and we'll price it from a photo.
Every price is figured from weight, trailer space, and handling — with a $150 minimum and automatic savings on bigger jobs. See how pricing works →
Garages, basements, estates, whole homes, construction debris — jobs too big for an item list. Don't build a quote item by item. Send us a bunch of pictures instead: we ask for 2–4 photos of every room that needs clearing — a wide shot, the piles, and how we get in. You'll get one firm Custom Quote within 24 hours. We serve within 50 miles of Washington, MI — if you're in that radius, you can book a Custom Quote too.
Your built quote is already in this form. Just tell us where, choose a preferred day, a backup day, and a time slot, then pay. Union Junk collects your payment up front, and we pay your hauler after the job is done — you never pay the hauler directly. We serve within 50 miles of Washington, MI — if you're in that radius, you can book.

Every item price is figured from its weight (dump cost runs $75 a ton), the trailer space it takes, and handling time. Stairs add one flat access fee for the whole job — never per item — based on how many staircases there are, and ground level adds nothing. A walkout basement counts as ground level. Bigger jobs are priced from your photos. Either way, your firm price is confirmed before the job is booked, and it doesn't change on site unless the job is different from what was described.
You pick a preferred date, a backup day, and a morning, afternoon, or evening slot, then pay Union Junk on this site. Your job is posted for a hauler for your preferred date first — if that day fills up, we use your backup day in the same time slot and text you either way. Union Junk pays your hauler after the job is done, and your exact address is only ever sent to the hauler who takes your job — never posted publicly.
For items at the curb or in the driveway, usually not — just make sure we can get to them. For anything inside the home, someone 18 or older needs to be there to let the crew in.
Hazardous stuff: chemicals, wet paint, oil, asbestos, and anything leaking fuel. Not sure about something? Add a photo of it in the form and ask — we'll tell you straight.
Yes — if you're within 50 miles of Washington, MI, you're in our service area even if your town isn't in the dropdown. Send the request and choose “Somewhere else — ask us,” tell us your town, and we'll confirm it with your price. If you're outside that 50-mile radius, send it anyway and we'll tell you honestly if we can cover it.
Run your own truck and trailer? This isn't an open board for anyone with a truck. Union Junk uses vetted local haulers only — your own truck and trailer, insurance on file before your first job, legal dumping only, and Before, During, and Loaded photos on every job. Union Junk books the job, confirms the firm price, and collects the customer's payment first, then assigns it — and pays you after the job is done and the photos are verified. Check what you need below, then put yourself on the list — we'll reach out when jobs open up in your area.
No bidding wars. No chasing customers for payment. No driving out to quote a job for free. Union Junk does the booking and the pricing — you decide which locked jobs fit your truck, your crew, and your day.
Join the list below. Before your first job we get your insurance on file and confirm your truck and trailer. That's it — you're vetted once, not for every job.
Locked jobs show up on the board: town, distance, items, load size, time window, access notes, the customer's photos, and your payout + dump fee allowance with the total. A job only hits the board after the price is firm, the customer approved it, and the customer paid Union Junk.
Tap Accept on jobs you want. Pass on anything that doesn't fit — no penalty for passing. Your payout, dump fee allowance, and total payout for the job are shown on the board before you accept, so there's no guessing and no haggling.
The exact address is hidden on the board. The moment you accept, you get the full address, the customer's access notes, and the time window you committed to. No one else sees it.
Show up in your window, load everything, and send three photos: Before, During, and Loaded. Dump legally at a proper facility.
Once the job is done and your three photos are verified, Union Junk pays you. You never collect from the customer and never chase an unpaid invoice.
These are examples to show the format — not live jobs. This is what you'd see before accepting: everything you need to decide, including exactly what you'd get paid, with the exact address still hidden.
How the pay is figured: every job is different, so every card shows what that job pays — no customer price, just your pay. Your total payout is 70% of the job's price before any discount, and the dump fee allowance is included in that 70%. So each card shows it split out: your payout + the job's dump fee allowance = your total payout, shown on the card before you accept. If the customer got a discount, that comes out of Union Junk's share, not yours.
Fixed allowance — you pay at the dump out of the allowance. No receipt upload, no reimbursement claim. If the dump costs less, you keep the difference; if it costs more, the allowance doesn't change.

What you never do on a Union Junk job: quote it, negotiate the price, give out your personal number to land it, collect payment at the door, or take a side deal off the board. Union Junk handles the customer — you handle the haul.
This is the vetting list — every hauler has to meet it before their first job, not after. If you've got this, you can take jobs.
